WINNERS OF THE OSCARS!

Well, yesterday was the night. The biggest night of Hollywood. The Oscar awards took place, and unfortunately, I couldn't watch it (It was around 2:30 am GMT). However, I made sure I caught up with all the latest action on the news this morning. Many around the world were shocked when Avatar didn't win Best Picture or even Best Director. In fact, it won only one third of the nominations it was given. It was the film "The Hurt Locker" which stole the night. Many people found the change that they were looking for, as history was made in the 82nd award show, as the Director of The Hurt Locker, Kathryn Bigelow, became the first female ever to win the award for Best Director. She out won her ex-husband James Cameron for this award. Avatar won simply 3 awards, and the Hurt Locker outdid it by a mile, winning 6 awards. All I know is that Kathryn Bigelow went home proud!

THey could have just home-delivered the statuettes to the winners' homes instead of killing us with this amount of boredom. Alec was robotic..too many categories..they ought to bring back real comedians like Chris Rock and Ben Stiller

I've been searching the web for just a list of winners but theres so much happening that i cant get one. i just need a list of the winners. even if its just the major awards.

@CB: The list of the winners is right there in the post. And where would the fun be in them delivering it to peoples houses? I hope Lilly doesn't mind me saying this, but can you comment on the posts instead of other things, because your Mom going to Milan has nothing to do with Stardoll. By all means, use the Cbox, as people will read that more than comments. And Ben Stiller was at the Oscars. He presented the award for Best Costume, and came dressed as an alien from avatar. So they do use the original comedians out there ;]
