The HB's ruffle top has been released. It costs $10sd and it's SS only. I won't be buying it (I know, I say that all the time and then end up buying them, but I'm serious this time!) as the top is see through, and I don't think it would pair up that nicely with other items. Also because of the price...But will you pay $10sd for it?

It`s cute, but when I tried it on in the Starplaza, I noticed that it was transparent. :/
