start by putting on eyeliner, black is usually good for this after that, add mascara to show ur eyelashes :)
then because this look is the blue ocean look, add the light blue eyeshadow and then use the slightly darker blue and only put it on half of the eye :)
after this add a bit of light blusher and light lip stick, and then you finnish the make up part! :)
after that add a bit of eyelashes to your eyes, then ACCESOIRIZE!!!hope you liked it :)
